The hotel lacks 24-hour reception service, meaning late arrivals would have to go to a nearby sister hotel for check-in.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Muller! The receptionist who welcomed me was friendly and spoke great English. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including a complimentary mini bar with beers. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide selection of delicious food. Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary mini bar in my room. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, just a short walk from the U Bahn station. I felt safe walking back to the hotel in the evening. The proximity to the shopping area was also great. The receptionists, especially the lady from Albania, provided excellent service and went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options, including scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon. I would definitely return to this hotel.
